Acroyoga is a combination of yoga, acrobatics and a touch of thai massage. It’s a very dynamic practice in which people flow together into different poses. In this practice, it takes at least two to tango, meaning that at least one base and one flyer are needed to flow. A base is the person who has the most contact with the ground and the flyer is usually up in the air supported by the base. This practice brings people together by working as a team and trusting their partners.
